A packing laminate of the type comprising at least two layers of material and at least two converging or intersecting crease lines which assist the conversion of the laminate to a packing container is disclosed. The laminate is provided with at least one auxiliary crease line where the crease lines converge or intersect in order to prevent crack formation in the layers of the laminate and consequent leakage in the container formed therefrom. A method is also disclosed for manufacturing a laminate in which the laminate is provided with auxiliary crease lines after the converging or intersecting crease lines have been provided.

The invention relates to packaging equipment, namely to means of packaging, mainly box-shaped.
A prefabricated laminate material for a packaging container is known, which g represents a sheet with intersecting fold lines [1].
However, a packaging container made from a known preform has insufficient strength at the intersection of two bend lines of the preform. Moreover, in the case of using a workpiece including layers of hard material, for example, metal foil, the latter breaks.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the packaging container.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the preform of the laminate for the packaging container, which is a sheet with intersecting fold lines, in the region of intersection of the two fold lines, at least one additional fold line is placed along one of them. 25
The additional fold line is parallel to the fold line along which it is located.
In addition, the specified bend line in the area of placement of the additional bend line is interrupted in length by a distance equal to the length of the latter.
In FIG. 1 and 2 depict blanks of laminated material for a packaging container with various types of fold lines; in FIG. 3 and 4 are layout diagrams of fold lines on blanks.
The preform is a sheet 1 of a multilayer material, including, for example, a layer of metal foil, which has low bending strength. On sheet 1, two main intersecting lines 2 and 3 of the fold are applied. At the intersection of two fold lines 2 and 3 along one of them is placed at least one additional fold line 4 (Figs. 1 and 3). At the same time, additional lines, folds are plotted parallel to the main fold line 3, along which sheet 1 should be bent into the second: turn.
In addition, the workpiece can be made so that the main bend line 3 in the area of the additional bend line 4 is interrupted in length by a distance equal to the length of the latter (Fig. 2 and 4).
In the manufacture of the packaging container, the Sheet 1 of the material is bent primarily along the main line 2, and then along the line 3.
Thanks to the additional lines 4, mechanical stresses in the material in the bend eon are reduced by spreading over a large area. This prevents tearing of the workpiece material, especially layers with a small elastic property.
Thus, the design of the proposed blank provides an increase in the strength of a packaging container made of a layered material.
